Gordon365 is run by Gordon Graff – an independent Microsoft 365 consultant based in Berlin. I help organisations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and across Europe set up their Microsoft 365 environment securely, in a structured way and ready for the future.
My focus is identity and access protection with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access, device management with Microsoft Intune, and the secure rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Background
- 2005Qualified as an IT and telecommunications systems specialist (German IHK vocational qualification, IHK Potsdam).
- 2006 – 20181st and 2nd level technical support for a large telecommunications provider (around 8,500 users): structured troubleshooting, ticket handling and user training – working daily with Windows, Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- 2023 – 2024Enterprise modern workplace for a major bank (around 5,000 users): Microsoft 365 support for Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Outlook, device management, MFA and Temporary Access Pass, contributing to a device rollout and VDI migration. In parallel, IT consulting for small and mid-sized businesses including first Intune and Entra ID configurations.
- 2024 – 2026Cloud consultant Microsoft 365: migrations from IBM Notes to Microsoft 365 in multi-tenant environments (including the banking sector and an industry association) – Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, Conditional Access, cross-tenant access, cutover and hypercare.
- TodayIndependent consulting with Gordon365: Microsoft 365 security assessments, hardening of identities and devices, automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
